Description
Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client seeking an E-Billing Coordinator. The E-Billing Coordinator will be responsible for the administration and management of the billing and electronic billing processes for all clients and vendors. If you are a dynamic E-Billing Coordinator with excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills, this may be the role for you.
Major responsibilities
Administer all electronic billing clients and vendors, including documentation, training, analysis, reporting, and security.
Analyze, identify, recommend, and implement enhancements, management reports, and troubleshooting electronic billing issues.
Maintain profile for each electronic billing vendor being utilized, including policies and contact information.
Communicate all e-billing guidelines and updates to key members of the Finance Team.
Requirements
The ideal E-Billing Coordinator candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.
Other requirements for the E-Billing Coordinator position include and are not limited to:
5+ years in a billing position.
Law Firm, corporate legal, or related billing department experience preferred.
Aderant, and eBilling vendor application experience preferred.
Superior customer service skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet deadlines, independently and in a team environment.
