Description We are seeking an ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role centers around utilizing your understanding of cloud technologies, client-side scripting, and databases, to enhance our ERP/CRM systems. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ERP/CRM solutions using your knowledge of cloud technologies, client-side scripting, and databases.

• Manage and optimize EO/IR systems and engage in AB Testing to ensure system functionality and efficiency.

• Contribute to API development and handle configuration management to meet business needs.

• Understand and implement business process functions to enhance system efficiency.

• Develop and maintain business requirement documents to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Utilize your skills in Oracle Fusion, Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle Fusion HCM, and Oracle Fusion Middleware to improve our ERP/CRM systems.

• Leverage your expertise in HCM Saas Oracle Fusion to optimize human capital management.

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.

• Regularly update your knowledge and skills to stay aware of the latest trends and developments in the industry.

• Ensure the highest level of customer service by resolving customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts. Requirements • Proficiency in Client Side Scripting

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies

• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

• Knowledge of Database management

• Understanding of EO/IR systems

• Experience with AB Testing

• Proficiency in API Development

• Familiarity with Business Process Functions

• Experience in writing Business Requirement Document

• Knowledge of Configuration Management

• Proficient in HCM Saas Oracle Fusion

• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion and Oracle Fusion Financials

• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Fusion Middleware

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly

• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
