Attention all Human Resources Managers. Robert Half is working with a growing client to a hire a new HR Operations Manager, International. The HR Operations Manager, International is responsible for providing world-class HR support to staff in over fifteen countries. The HR Operations Manager, International will also be responsible for establishing global procedures to effect improvements in the HR department and the services it performs. This is a great opportunity within a company that is offering an opportunity that is multi-faceted and challenging in nature. The HR Operations Manager, International position is located in the Philadelphia area and would be on a full-time basis. What you get to do every single day:

  • Acts as backup to International Ops support staff (payroll, day-to-day staff questions)

  • Approves payroll invoices for funding and reviews/approves invoices for international contractors

  • Partners with legal and global ops team to provide recommendations to leadership on options to engage resources in accordance with local labor laws

    Requirements

The ideal HR Operations Manager, International candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. SHRM-CP or PHR preferred

Other requirements for the HR Operations Manager, International position include and are not limited to:

  • 5+ experience in working in human resources within a medium to large employer

  • 5+ years experience in international employment and benefits administration

  • 3+ years experience establishing HR operations in new markets

  • Bilingual or multilingual preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
