Description

If you are looking to enhance your career, Robert Half is seeking a HRIS Administrator who is eager to work for a fast-growing prestigious company. As a HRIS Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of entering of new hires, compliance tracking, performance

evaluation notification, etc. The HRIS Administrator will also be responsible for performing routine data audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity; develops and generates reports, (reusable when possible) to meet internal and external reporting requirements. This is a great opportunity within a company that is offering an opportunity that is multi-faceted and challenging in nature. The HRIS Administrator position is located in the Philadelphia area and would be on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall system administration, maintenance and serve as a subject matter expert ensuring data integrity, validation of system, analysis of data and workflows for further process improvements.

  • Audit HRIS system for consistency of information.

  • Manage security and confidentiality, ensuring appropriate access and restrictions.

  • Track data in the HRIS system and populate custom detail sections and screens.

  • Perform system upgrades and notify appropriate users accordingly.

  • Lead configuration and implementation of ADP WorkforceNow Modules

    Requirements

The ideal HRIS Administrator candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

Other requirements for the HRIS Administrator position include and are not limited to:

  • 3++ years of relevant HRIS experience

  • Administrator’s knowledge of ADP, ADP/WorkForceNow experience.

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including: Word, Excel and PowerPoint and relevant Google applications.

  • Working knowledge of HR practices, employment, state, and federal laws (FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, etc.).
