This long-term temporary HR Assistant position is a terrific opportunity and is based in the Philadelphia area.
What you get to do every single day:
Engage in growing and changing office policies and procedure for improved workflow
Update and maintain employee database records
Perform various administrative and office responsibilities
Research, collect and sort candidates through various sources and platforms
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information
Develop new employee on-boarding orientation materials
Requirements
At least 2+ years as a Human Resources Assistant experience is preferred
Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
Approachable and appropriate interacting with staff at all levels in a rapidly changing environment
Proficient in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
Proficiency in benefits administration
ADP Online experience preferred
