Robert Half Marketing Campaign Manager in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania


Our client is a Fortune 500 Telecommunications company seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager for a 5-month contract.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Campaign Manager will be responsible for the planning, program management, and execution of a comprehensive set of enterprise-level B2B demand gen and market awareness tactics for an advanced cybersecurity product portfolio. Will have ownership and responsibility for all day-to-day campaign management activities including, but not limited to, developing a holistic campaign plan, initiation and program management for all related tactics, managing agencies and other 3rd party resources, budget and campaign performance tracking, and working cross-functional across a diverse team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Plans and executes a comprehensive set of digital and non-digital demand gen campaigns for driving top-of-funnel lead capture and brand awareness

• Ensures timely development and launch of all campaigns including paid social, targeted email, sponsored ads, syndicated content, retargeting/display ads, and paid & organic search

• Creates and maintains robust test and learn framework across all relevant tactics

• Acts as primary liaison between creative and agencies resources

• Coordinates campaign development, review, and approval across cross-functional teams including marketing, product, sales, and biz development

• Manages campaign and agency-level budgets

• Contributes to the content development process for white papers, case studies, and other prospect engagement assets.

• Provides campaign-level reporting and performance tracking

• Provides management updates as required


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent field of study

  • 3-5 years of MarCom experience across a broad range of campaign tactics including paid digital, social media, and content/sponsored marketing

  • Experience targeting enterprise-level audiences

  • Experience with advanced technologies such as cybersecurity, enterprise SAAS solutions or information technologies highly desired

  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams to get required support and get things done

  • Self-starter with ability to quickly grasp complex subject matter

  • Strong creative and results-oriented mindset; ability to effectively write and edit content assets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization

  • Highly adaptable and independent individual who can easily adjust to changing operating environments.
