Robert Half Marketing Data Analyst in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Description

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join a digital transformation and IT services company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The selected individual will play a critical role in the digital marketing efforts, utilizing various analytics tools to assess the performance and effectiveness of the digital marketing campaigns. This role is integral to their growth strategy, offering the opportunity to work in an international environment and contribute directly to the company's success.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret marketing data from a variety of systems including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics

• Evaluate the success of advertising campaigns and recommend action plans for optimization

• Develop necessary source code and propose effective website tags for data collection

• Assist in visualizing data against relevant sales KPIs to aid sales planning and forecasting

• Serve as the single point of contact for sales performance metrics

• Present findings and conclusions to the team and wider organization to facilitate continuous learning

• Conduct user research including interviews, field studies, and usability testing

• Analyze feedback from existing and new applications and present findings along with potential recommendations

• Use data visualization software such as Power BI, Data Studio & Looker to present data

• Apply querying languages such as MySQL and BigQuery to analyze customer data and build customer segments

• Collaborate effectively with a variety of departments and organizational levels.

Requirements • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics

• Experience with Power BI and other Web Analytics Tools

• Familiarity with Customer Segmentation Strategy

• Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript

• Proficiency in Google Data Studio

• Experience with MySQL and BigQuery

• Ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Innovation starts with people.®
