Description Robert Half is currently working with a client looking for an Office Manager. The Office Manager will supervise everyday operations and efficiency. This position involves owning budgets, accounting responsibilities, and managing administrative staff and office supplies. Do you have experience managing a wide variety of tasks? Then this is the Office Manager position for you!
Handle orders for new inventory and supplies by researching and then negotiating cost effective prices with vendors
Contribute to accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Bank/account reconciliation, and expense reimbursement
Manage the resolution of office, employee, and customer related incidents
Recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
Help operations by supervising staff and maintaining office systems Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required (associate degree business or related field preferred)
2+ years of office management experience
Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Experience with Microsoft Office required
High attention to detail as well as critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Intermediate knowledge of payroll software applications and QuickBooks
