Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Sales Assistant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The role primarily involves generating leads for our mobile products within the telecommunications industry. You will be the point of contact for our customer base, providing appropriate solutions, and demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Lead generation for our mobile products by making contact with our existing business accounts
• Take a customer-first approach in all interactions, listening to and evaluating customer needs, and providing appropriate solutions
• Share and demonstrate product and sales know-how with customers
• Strategically offer mobile product bundles and price points that meet the needs of the customers' budget and business applications
• Meet or exceed budgeted lead generation goals for Mobile products
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Consistently and punctually attend to customer needs
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Demonstrated ability in Sales
• Understanding of Budget Processes
• Ability to provide Workstation Support
• Experience with Pricing strategies
• Regular and consistent Attendance
• Familiarity with KPI Reporting
• Comfortable with Contacting clients and customers
• Proficient in mobile technology
• Punctuality and reliability
• Experience with Prospecting potential clients
• Familiarity with Lead Generation Campaigns
• Ability to work with Account Executives
• Knowledge of Business Application
• Experience with Mobile Products
