Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Partner Support Coordinator IV based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is within the Internet Service Provider industry and involves managing orders provided by contracted selling partners, acting as a liaison between authorized selling partners and internal teams, and ensuring accurate data entry.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing and overseeing orders from sales, from receipt to completion.
• Acting as a vital link between authorized selling partners and internal teams.
• Ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action in line with company policy.
• Demonstrating adept multitasking capabilities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Utilizing strong communication skills to ensure effective coordination amongst teams.
• Leveraging sales skills to enhance relationships with selling partners.
• Applying knowledge in Telecom for efficient handling of tasks.
• Adapting to flexible working hours as per business needs. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service roles, ideally within an Internet Service Provider context
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with internal teams and partners
• Proficiency in data entry and understanding of office functions, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Experience in sales and selling, preferably within the telecom industry
• Ability to act as a liaison between different stakeholders, including internal teams and partners
• Familiarity with telecom products, services, and industry trends
• Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently
• Proficiency in using various software and online tools for communication and data management
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
