How you will make an impact

  • Assist the Senior Accountant on bi-weekly payroll computation and processing for all entities in United States.

  • Close cooperation with Operations and HR departments to ensure accurate reporting of payroll.

  • Ensure payroll journal entries and accruals are recorded in the general ledger in a timely manner and are accurate.

  • Assist performing monthly payroll and tip reconciliations as part of the month-end close procedures.

  • Prepare the journal entry of entering in health insurance and ADP invoices to ensure the G/L is accurately represented.

  • To perform all additional work designated by the Senior Accountant as needed.


The ideal Payroll Accountant candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.

Other requirements for the Payroll Accountant position include and are not limited to:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications—especially Excel.

  • Knowledge of ADP and WFN preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
