Description A reputable law firm based in Center City, Philadelphia is in search of a litigation associate to contribute to their plaintiffs' class action practice group. The selected applicant will work primarily on class action discovery, perform legal research, and draft pleadings and legal briefs, so meticulous attention to detail is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience as a practicing attorney and demonstrated ability to prioritize and proactively manage case deadlines. Expertise in federal court procedures is mandatory, as is experience in independently managing case files and deadlines.

Responsibilities: • Conduct client interviews, review documents, and execute legal research. • Handle discovery and manage discovery disputes with defense counsel and courts. • Draft various litigation documents, including complaints and legal memoranda.

Skills: • Excellent organizational skills, along with exceptional time management, research, and analytical capabilities. • Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently. • Proficient computer skills. • Team player. • Experience with case management software is a plus.
