We are offering a long term, part time, contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The role is situated in the pharmaceutical industry and involves the management of promotional launch materials for Rx pharma products. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling medical-legal-regulatory submissions and liaising with internal colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and processing of medical-legal-regulatory submissions

• Respond to medical-legal-regulatory comments and changes in a timely manner

• Coordinate and proof basic revisions

• Ensure adherence to timing plans

• Act as liaison between internal creative and account handling teams

• Utilize knowledge of Veeva PromoMats and other software in managing submissions

• Understand and formulate proposed responses to basic medical-legal-regulatory comments

• Handle a significant volume of interdependent projects, providing guidance to the team on recommended route forward

• Apply excellent project management skills, including attention to detail and timing plans

• Understand and adhere to standard internal agency processes.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in relevant fields

• Proficiency in project management software tools, specifically Atlassian Jira

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and their applications in project management

• Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Experience with IBM software and tools

• Proficiency in using 'About Time' for project management tasks

• Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies

• Understanding of Budget Processes and its application in project management

• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in the Construction industry is desirable but not mandatory Innovation starts with people.®
