Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Attorney/Lawyer specializing in Real Estate and Construction. This role is based in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, 19102-4109, United States and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team in a critical role. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties relating to property law, including advising on real estate transactions and disputes.

Responsibilities:

• Handle legal matters related to real estate and construction

• Represent the company in court or before government agencies, if necessary

• Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements

• Advise on the legal aspect of real estate transactions

• Conduct research to support a legal proceeding, to formulate a defense, or to initiate legal action

• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions

• Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations

• Negotiate real estate transactions, ensuring the best possible terms for the company

• Provide legal advice and support on a variety of general corporate matters

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent approach to client service. Requirements • Possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.

• Proven experience as an attorney, preferably within the construction and real estate sectors.

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to develop strategies and argue cases.

• Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.

• Strong negotiation skills for achieving the best results for clients.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal jargon for the understanding of clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

• High ethical standards and professional integrity.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Willingness to stay updated on new rules and regulations in law, particularly in construction and real estate.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
