This position is in charge of recruiting candidates for a wide variety of positions across accounting, marketing, operations, and technology fields. This position's duties include recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. What you get to do every day:

•Screen and present candidates to opportunities

•Improve effectiveness of sourcing strategies

•Build growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach and attraction campaigns

•Build relationships with hiring managers to efficiently fill positions

•Screen and assess candidates, and prepare them for interviews

•Mange the hiring process from start to finish

•Understand and educate hiring managers on the dynamics of the local market labor and workforce management

•Seeks out, leverages, and integrates information and data from multiple sources

•Combines data and personal judgement to make sound timely decisions and effectively solve problems

•Communicates clear, concise, and consistent messages verbally and in writing

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Strong familiarity with Conducting Phone Screens

  • Database Administration experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Recruiting

  • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

  • Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
