Description Summary: As a Community Organizer, you will be the face and voice of our brand. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and educating residents about Clover’s Medicare Advantage Plan. You will also have the opportunity to represent the Clover brand by participating in the local community events sponsored by the company.

Requirements Responsibilities: · Setting up a booth at various stores and speaking with customers about Clover’s Health Insurance Plans. · Building and maintaining relationships with potential enrollees while manning the stands at select stores/locations. · Increasing awareness and support of the company while gaining leads for the team. · Work closely with the sales team and must understand basic usage of an iPad to transfer leads/information.
Qualifications: · Must have reliable transportation to travel to and from different sites throughout each day. · Must be able to work independently with little direction. · Must be a people person, enjoy interacting and building relationships with different types of people every single day. · Mission-driven and passionate about improving the lives of Medicare-eligible in your community. · Proactive communicator. You are clear, honest, and timely in both written and verbal application.
