Description A great opportunity for passionate self-starters, this Sales Assistant position may help you take your career to the next level. A company located in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team. This position is a long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity offered through Robert Half.

What you get to do every day

  • Drafting correspondence and proofreading documents

  • Supporting the sales department by promoting company products and services

  • Assisting sales teams with administrative, technical and clerical tasks

  • Making travel and meeting arrangements

  • Handling the generation of sales reports and preparations for presentations

  • Ensuring process completion by assisting with coordinating orders

  • Supplying superior customer service, maintaining a kind and professional manner

  • Supporting and participating in trade shows and conventions

  • Handling and coordinating training courses for internal employees

  • Completing ancillary Sales Assistant tasks as needed Requirements - Prior experience coordinating projects, utilizing strong social skills, and working well with all levels of personnel and outside clients and vendors

  • Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment

  • 2+ years of Sales Assistant experience suggested

  • Sales experience

  • Practical knowledge of Optimization

  • Hands-on experience with Key Metrics

  • Experience with Yardi

  • Google Ad experience desired

  • Auditing experience

  • Deep understanding of compliance

  • Good understanding of Quality Control

  • Partners experience highly preferred

  • Previous experience working with Newsletters

  • Command of training

  • Review experience preferred

  • Adeptness in Workstation Support

  • Equipment Calibration experience preferred

  • General familiarity with Brand Awareness

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Merchandising

  • Earlier work involving Compliance Functions

  • Ensure Accuracy experience highly valued

  • Comprehension of Create Dashboards

  • Prior experience with Raw Data

  • Background working with promotions

    • Good understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Applicants are encouraged to hold a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field

  • Microsoft Office experience preferred

  • Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments
