Robert Half Senior Financial Reporting Manager in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania
Robert Half is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Reporting Manager with a desire to join a reputable company. As the Senior Financial Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for managing all reporting requirements within Finance, including monthly group reporting, regulatory reporting, and executive/management reporting. The Senior Financial Reporting Manager would also be responsible for special projects that will be assigned as needed, particularly as it relates to adhoc analysis to support business decisions. This Senior Financial Reporting Manager role is located in Philadelphia.
Oversee the accounting and maintenance of assigned P& L and balance sheet accounts
Perform month-end close responsibilities for assigned accounts including recording journal entries and preparing account reconciliations
Perform quarterly and annual regulatory reporting for both internal and external parties
Provide relevant (regular and ad hoc) analyses in support of the business, including profitability & insight analyses support of strategic initiatives
The ideal Senior Financial Reporting Manager candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education. CPA required.
Other requirements for the Senior Financial Reporting Manager position include and are not limited to:
7+ years of experience (public accounting experience (audit) required)
Strong accounting fundamentals and financial analysis skills, with the ability to translate a commercial understanding of the business into accounting data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to communicate with internal and external parties
Excellent organization skills with strong ability to prioritize tasks and work within tight deadlines
