As a Senior Accountant your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Ownership of the accounts payable process to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.

• Conducting bank and account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

• Management of accounts receivable to ensure all incoming payments are recorded and reconciled.

• Handling the month-end close process to finalize all financial transactions for the month.

• Generating financial reports to provide an accurate representation of the company's financial status.

• Utilizing various accounting software to automate and streamline processes.

• Performing balance sheet reconciliations to verify the accuracy of data.

• Preparing and posting journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create financial reports.

• Preparing month-end financial and month-end reports to present financial results.

• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

The ideal Senior Accountant will have the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as CPA will be considered an advantage.

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Sr. Accountant.

• Demonstrable skill in using Microsoft Excel for financial tasks and reporting.

• Experience in performing Month End Close, preparing Month-end financial reports, and Month-end Reports.

• Familiarity with accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP are a must.

• Applicants must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Candidates must have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is beneficial.
