As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing project budgets, financial reports, and financial analysis. As a Sr. Financial Analyst Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Analyzing financial data and preparing accurate and timely reports

• Monitoring and preparing financial outlooks and forecasts

• Assisting in the monthly close process and reconciliation of revenues

• Preparing project budgets and financial reports for restricted donations

• Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Preparing journal entries, forecasting, reforecasting, and financial modeling

• Analyzing financial statements including income and balance sheets

• Assisting in coordinating audit activity and preparing detailed audit schedules

• Overseeing accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements

• Assisting in the development and management of the annual operating budget process, providing guidance to departments and team members where needed.

Requirements

The ideal Sr. Financial Analyst candidate will have:

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree in finance or a related field

• A strong foundation in finance is necessary for understanding and interpreting financial data.

• Proficiency in managing accounting functions is necessary for maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with standards.

• Understanding of budget processes is crucial for planning and monitoring the company's finances.

• Experience in expense reporting is necessary for tracking and managing the company's expenditures.

• Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and ERP solutions is required for managing business processes.

• Candidate must have a solid understanding of CapEx and its applications in financial analysis.

• Proficiency in CRM is necessary for maintaining client relationships and managing customer data.

• Mastery of data mining techniques is essential for analyzing financial data and driving decision-making processes.
