As a Senior Auditor your duties will include but aren’t limited too:

• Conduct comprehensive internal audits within the organization

• Use data mining techniques to gather financial data for auditing

• Implement audit programs and ensure compliance with COBIT

• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and make recommendations to improve accounting functions

• Use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems and specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 for efficient auditing processes

• Handle DCAA audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

• Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies and irregularities

• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document the audit process

• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings

• Maintain open communication with management and audit committee.

Requirements

The ideal Senior Auditor will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are preferred.

• Proven experience in auditing, with a focus on internal auditing

• Demonstrable skills in accounting functions and audit reporting

• Proficiency in data mining techniques

• Experience with DCAA and CobiT frameworks

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to prepare and present audit findings

• Experience in compliance with regulations and standards

• Capability to design and implement an audit program

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and report writing skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• High level of integrity and ethics
