We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an IT Auditor in the financial services industry located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a IT Auditor, you will be leading the IT Audit Team through quarterly and year-end audits, ensuring compliance with IT General Controls (ITGC), and understanding the COSO and COBIT Frameworks. This role is an ONSITE position in the Philadelphia, PA area. Please apply to be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage assigned IT audits, ensuring compliance with IT General Controls (ITGC) in four domain areas: Access to Programs and Data, Program Changes, Computer Operations, and Program Development.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the COSO and COBIT Frameworks, and ensure compliance with public reporting requirements under Section 302 and 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

• Develop a basic understanding of federal banking laws and regulations, as well as a thorough knowledge of IT (FFIEC) related policies, rules, and regulations.

• Understand and adhere to Information Security policies and standards, and maintain a working knowledge of Business Continuity Programs, electronic banking software and applications, Cybersecurity Regulatory Framework, and Vendor Management practices.

• Utilize Audit Command Language (ACL) audit software to carry out audits effectively and efficiently.

• Ensure that the team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform testing around ITGCs four domain areas.

• Collaborate with the IT Audit Manager and report directly to them.

• Leverage your experience in financial services to ensure the successful completion of audits.

Requirements

This role is an ONSITE position in Philadelphia, PA.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT auditing within the financial services industry

• Proficiency in the Coso Framework

• Expertise in CobiT

• Demonstrable experience in Information Systems Audit

• Proven track record in Financial Audit

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification is mandatory
