Robert Half Systems Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona
Description We are inviting applications for the role of Systems Engineer in the Real Estate industry, based in Phoenix, Arizona. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, including email, Windows server, and Azure Cloud. This position is essential to maintaining our organization's technological framework, and we are looking for someone who is communicative and efficient.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the effective operation of the 365-email system, ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
• Oversee the Windows server in our fully Microsoft shop, guaranteeing the seamless running of our internal systems.
• Manage and maintain Hyper-V systems.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of firewalls, including SonicWALL, FortiGate, and Meraki.
• Act as a key communicator within the team, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Manage our Azure Cloud Entra-ID system, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Utilize a range of skills including Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, and EO/IR systems.
• Conduct AB Testing to ensure all systems are functioning at their best.
• Maintain our Active Directory, ensuring all user data is up-to-date and secure.
• Oversee Backup Technologies, ensuring data is safely stored and can be easily retrieved.
• Handle Computer Hardware and Configuration Management, ensuring all systems are working together effectively.
• Manage the company's use of Microsoft Azure, ensuring this resource is utilized effectively and securely. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is essential
• Must have experience with Citrix Technologies
• Demonstrable skills in Database management
• Familiarity with Dell Technologies is required
• Experience with EO/IR systems is a plus
• Knowledge of AB Testing methodologies is preferred
• Must have expertise in Active Directory
• Proficiency in Backup Technologies
• Must have a good understanding of Computer Hardware
• Experience with Configuration Management is essential
