We are offering an opportunity in the legal industry for a 1+ Year Litigation Associate Attorney to join our small Central Phoenix law firm client's team. This role will focus on the management and administration of insurance defense cases, utilizing your skills in civil litigation, case management software, document management, and customer complaint handling.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer insurance defense cases with a high level of attention to detail

• Use case management software to track, manage and resolve cases effectively

• Handle and resolve customer complaints and claims in a timely and efficient manner

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and 3M for document management and briefing tasks

• Maintain a high level of knowledge about consumer electronics to provide informed legal advice

• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for case resolution

• Use your skills in Conveyancer to ensure effective legal proceedings

• Utilize your knowledge in civil litigation to represent and defend clients effectively

Requirements

• Must hold a valid license to practice law in the State of Arizona.

• Minimum of one year experience in general litigation.

• Proficiency in using legal software such as 3M, Adobe Acrobat, and Case Management Software.

• Experience in using Conveyancer and Document Management tools.

• Ability to prepare legal briefings and handle civil litigation.

• Experience in claim administration and complaint handling.

• Knowledge of consumer electronics would be advantageous.

• Proven track record of managing all phases of litigation from initiation to disposition.

• Strong understanding of court rules and procedures.

• Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.

• Superior organizational skills and detail-oriented.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
