Description
We are offering a part time contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Phoenix, Arizona with potential to move to full time hours. This role lies in the industry of account reconciliation and involves processing customer applications, maintaining customer records and resolving customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the processing of credit card payables.
• Handle the opening of mail related to accounts payable.
• Conduct data entry tasks for accurate record keeping.
• Process invoice payments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
• Communicate effectively in resolving customer inquiries.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on their status.
• Maintain a high level of detail orientation in all tasks.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience in Account Reconciliation is essential
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) is expected
• Ability to perform Check Runs is necessary
• Experience in Coding Invoices is required
• Strong data entry skills are essential
• Proficiency in Invoice Processing is needed
