Description Robert Half is looking for an experienced administrative assistant with exposure to construction, industrial or manufacturing experience! Excellent opportunity that can go hybrid remote after 1 month of in office training!
Regular business hours, full time schedule with possibility to go full-time with this company down the road!
We are looking for someone who can manage the administrative tasks and understands the construction lingo, can put together proposals, etc.! Requirements We would prefer:
2+ years of construction administrative experience exposure and experience with Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups) Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills ability to work in office and independently at home ability to step in and conduct regular office duties, as needed
