Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The role primarily focuses on managing customer interactions for our workplace benefits contact center. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls and emails, exhibiting strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by servicing customers through inbound/outbound calls and emails in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment.

• Display strong problem-solving skills, analyzing information to make appropriate decisions.

• Maintain performance and quality standards in all customer interactions.

• Exhibit proficiency in navigating multiple systems and applications to research, analyze and resolve customer requests and inquiries.

• Build rapport quickly and respond to customers in a compassionate, respectful, accurate, and timely manner.

• Assume ownership and ensure timeliness in handling customer requests in an efficient, accurate, and professional manner.

• Learn the basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and the products we offer to our customers.

• Work collaboratively with team members and business partners to provide a positive customer experience for our callers.

• Assist with special requests as needed and complete additional tasks and other projects/duties as assigned.

• Maintain the ability to work 40 hours a week on a scheduled shift, with flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer skills

• Knowledge of operations and research methodologies

• Experience in managing inbound and outbound calls

• Understanding of insurance principles, particularly in relation to Chubb Workplace Benefits

• Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks and understand revenue accounting

• Experience in claim administration, particularly in relation to property and disability claims

• Demonstrated collaboration skills and decision-making abilities

• Knowledge of underwriting processes and salary structures

• Ability to work onsite and meet quality standards

• Ability to liaise effectively with business partners.
