Description We are offering an opportunity for a Paralegal to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role focuses on personal injury law and entails a comprehensive understanding of case management software and tools such as Adobe Acrobat, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Excel. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing personal injury plaintiff cases, handling complaints, and administering claims.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize case management software to effectively manage personal injury plaintiff cases

• Handle and resolve complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Administer claims, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted correctly

• Use Adobe Acrobat, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Excel to manage and organize case-related documents

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as briefs

• Manage calendars to ensure all case deadlines are met

• Oversee billing functions, ensuring all legal services are billed accurately and timely

• Maintain a management system to efficiently organize and retrieve case files

• Assist in the preparation and administration of personal injury cases from the pre-litigation stage through to conclusion. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a paralegal role

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat

• Experience with Case Management Software

• Familiarity with the LexisNexis platform

• Proficient in using Management Systems

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Billing Functions in a legal context

• Ability to handle Briefing tasks effectively

• Experience in Calendar Management

• Experience in Claim Administration

• Experience in Complaint Handling

• Familiarity with Personal Injury Plaintiffs

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Bachelor's degree in Law, or related field preferred

• Paralegal certification preferred.
