Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment with a company in the Construction/Contractor field. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Phoenix, Arizona area and is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity.
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
Manage correspondences on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems Requirements - Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
IT support ticketing system experience highly valued
Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
Comptia A+ experience
General familiarity with Ticketing System
Demonstrated knowledge of Ticketing System
Practical knowledge of customer service
Windows Workstation experience highly preferred
Desktop Support experience highly valued
Background working with Windows Desktop
Adeptness in ServiceNow
Earlier work involving Remote Desktop Support
Comptia Network+ experience required
Comptia Network+ experience highly desired
Good understanding of Desktop Support
Comptia A+ experience
Comptia A+ experience desired
Previous experience working with Remote Desktop Support
Basic networking concepts
2+ years of prior experience
Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
