Robert Half Help Desk Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona
Description We are in search of a diligent Help Desk Analyst to join us in Phoenix, Arizona. This job function involves the management of a badging system, asset management, mobile management, and the utilization of excel for 20-25 hours per week, all in a project-based role.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain a badging system for an extensive number of employees
• Oversee asset management to ensure all resources are accounted for and utilized effectively
• Handle mobile management, ensuring all mobile devices are managed and maintained properly
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks and projects
• Provide deskside support to employees, helping to resolve any IT related issues
• Work with Active Directory to manage user accounts and access permissions
• Handle computer hardware and configuration management tasks
• Assist with the management and maintenance of EO/IR systems
• Utilize Lotus Notes and Citrix Technologies in daily operations
• Provide database support and management, ensuring data integrity and security. Requirements • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is essential for this role
• Must have a solid understanding of Database management and operations
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is required
• Experience with Lotus Notes is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft office tools is necessary
• Knowledge of Active Directory management and operations is essential
• Must have a strong understanding of Computer Hardware
• Experience in Configuration Management is required
• Deskside Support skills are necessary for this role
• Must be familiar with Desktop Hardware components and their functions Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
