Robert Half Help Desk Tier 1 in Phoenix, Arizona
Robert Half is seeking Help Desk Analysts with exceptional customer service skills to provide technical support to users. In this role, you will be required to absorb and retain information quickly, as well as relay technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
Key responsibilities for this role include the following:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
Walk customers through the problem-solving process
Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved
Supports operation of help desk and serves as the focal point for customer concerns
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems for end-users on a variety of issues
Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support from local and remote customers
Run reports to determine troubleshooting opportunities
Some of the requirements for this position include:
3+ years of experience providing Tier 1 or above help desk support in IT operations
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Experience assisting customers on the phone and live chat, email, social media, and web form submissions
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize customer service
