Description We are in search of a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is pivotal to the functioning of our team, with a focus on handling the employee lifecycle including onboarding, recruiting, and offboarding. The role involves interaction with an automated system and is based remotely. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding, recruiting, and offboarding.

• Utilize an automated system to streamline HR processes.

• Ensure confidentiality in all HR-related matters.

• Provide temporary support and transition into a potential longer-term role based on performance and fit.

• Handle HR-related inquiries and resolve them promptly.

• Monitor and maintain accurate employee records.

• Utilize skills such as auditing, communication, and compliance to ensure smooth HR operations.

• Work with software such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for various HR processes.

• Ensure seamless transition during the changeover to a new PEO system.

• Redefine the role as per the evolving requirements of the company. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian and CRM systems

• Knowledge of 'About Time' software

• Auditing capabilities

• Understanding and managing Benefit Functions

• Excellent communication skills

• Compliance with HR regulations and standards
