As a recruiter you will:
Source for candidates that would be a good fit for internal positions within the company
Create resume books to keep track of suitable candidates
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate additional interview steps
Act as liaison between candidates and hiring managers
Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding process
Experience with high volume recruiting
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Experience with Taleo
