Robert Half's client in Arizona is seeking a Systems Integration Specialist. The Systems Integration Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating seamless data exchange and interoperability between multiple systems within the organization. This role involves designing integration strategies, developing custom APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data flow and system compatibility. Additionally, the Systems Integration Specialist provides technical support, conducts training sessions, and continuously seeks opportunities to optimize system integrations and enhance overall efficiency.

This position offers hybrid working options, with a requirement for regular presence at the local headquarters.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Utilize integration platforms such as Dell Boomi and Workato to design, develop, and deploy integration solutions between various systems and applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and align integration efforts with organizational goals.

• Create custom APIs and connectors to facilitate seamless data exchange and workflow automation.

• Configure and optimize integration workflows to ensure efficient data flow and system interoperability.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve integration issues and ensure system reliability.

• Document integration processes, including API specifications, data mapping schemas, and workflow diagrams.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams on utilizing integrations effectively.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in integration platforms and recommend improvements to existing integrations.



• Proven experience in systems integration, data integration, or related roles.

• Proficiency in integration platforms such as Dell Boomi, Workato, or similar.

• Strong understanding of API development and integration methodologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

• Familiarity with data security principles and regulatory compliance requirements
