Your responsibilities in this role

  • Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing

  • Greet and instruct visitors

  • Answer telephone calls

  • Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees

    This employer offers flexibility by hours, a safe work environment, uncapped commission structure and benefits upon going full-time. The Hours are M-F 9a-4p but could ocassionally work Saturdays based on the need of the customer. Customers are being seen by appointment only at this time. Requirements - At least 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred

  • Microsoft Word experience desired

  • Microsoft Excel experience preferred

  • Microsoft Outlook experience

  • Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

  • Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

  • Proven ability to use the internet for research
