Robert Half HR Coordinator in Pico Rivera, California

Description

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish HR Coordinator based in Pico Rivera, California. This role involves administrative tasks within the HR function, focusing on onboarding, hiring, employee investigations, and compliance across multiple locations. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity, offering the chance to implement new policies and potentially travel as part of the role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company

• Handle hiring procedures, from posting job advertisements to finalizing employment contracts

• Conduct employee investigations when necessary and ensure resolutions are reached

• Ensure compliance across all our locations, keeping abreast with the latest HR regulations and standards

• Implement new HR policies to improve our workplace environment and efficiency

• Carry out administrative tasks to support the HR function, such as maintaining employee records and processing paperwork

• Utilize HR software such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and HRMS for various HR tasks

• Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process, in accordance with company policy

• Manage compensation administration, ensuring fair and competitive remuneration for all employees

• Oversee benefit functions, ensuring employees are aware of and can access their benefits.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or a similar role in the HR field

• Must speak fluent Spanish

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian and HRMS

• Familiarity with About Time software

• Ability to conduct Background Checks effectively

• Experience in handling Benefit Functions

• Knowledge of Compensation Administration processes

• Strong understanding and experience in Compliance

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
