Events Marketing Coordinator
responsible for supporting the marketing and the distribution sales team in various tasks and projects related to overall company success!
Responsibilities (not limited to):
Manage company Showrooms & Showroom calendar to ensure they are always customer ready (i.e clean, stocked, up to date with correct products & signage)
Support Distributor Showrooms with products, signage and props as needed
Organize & Manage small trade shows including registration, coordinating display, products, props, signage and hotel bookings when needed
Assist and support the marketing manager with larger tradeshows and events including National Restaurant Show and the national sales meeting
Manage the tradeshow/display supply database inventory of table cloths, props, signage, banners, plate stands and risers
Perform monthly website audits for top customers looking for correct branding, photos, marketing materials, etc.
Proofing Distribution catalogs/flyers/website as needed and act as a backup for flyer and presentation creation
Create Purchase Requisitions for marketing invoices and send invoices to accounting for payment
Content creation and social media support - supports the marketing manager in content creation, ads and promotions and maintaining the social media calendar
1-3 years' experience in Marketing, Trade shows, Communications role
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
Interpersonal and team skills with ability to professionally interact with all levels of personnel required
Requires effective oral and written communication skills including the ability to present ideas, and/or facts and recommendations effectively
Social Media platforms experienced- for Marketing/Campaign material
**Must have the ability to travel to NYC showroom & any local Distributors
