Description Robert Half currently has an open position for an industrious Administrative Assistant who is deeply passionate about growing their career in the Healthcare, Hospitals, Social Assistance industry. You will take charge of a number of different office support and administrative duties as the Administrative Assistant. Are you skilled at mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design? Then we have the Administrative Assistant position for you. This Administrative Assistant role is a long-term contract / contract / contract / contract / temporary opportunity.
What you get to do every day
Respond to phone inquiries
Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing
Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees
Greet and instruct visitors Requirements - At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
Proven ability to use the internet for research
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Comprehensive knowledge of Basic Medical Terminology
Command of Electronic Medical Record
Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
