Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in Piscataway, New Jersey

Description

We are in search of a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role functions in a crucial capacity, focusing on leadership development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations within our organization. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to improve business results, formulate policies and procedures, and undertake HR projects as required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage various functions of the HR department including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training.

• Work collaboratively to enhance business results and achieve objectives.

• Provide coaching and share expertise on leadership development, employee engagement, and performance management.

• Build strong relations with managers, coaching them to manage teams and individuals effectively.

• Direct teams to apply organization values to daily actions and decisions.

• Review and recommend personnel actions including salary actions, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.

• Develop and manage general policies and procedures.

• Lead the communication plan at the site to meet the needs of the employees.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience as an HR Manager.
