A growing consumer product and Ecommerce company in Piscataway is seeking a VP of Finance. The successful candidate will have a strong financial planning and budgeting background in a consumer products company. An MBA or CPA is preferred, but not required. A strong proficiency in Excel is required and any experience with NetSuite is preferred. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

● Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results.

● Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

● Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

● Provide regular financial reports to the CEO, ownership and other stakeholders.

● Evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations to the CEO and company’s owner.

● Lead the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

● Develop and maintain relationships with banks, lenders, investors, and other financial institutions to secure funding and manage debt.

● Participate in key strategic and operational decisions, including raising capital, product development, and market expansion.

● Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, FPA, treasury, and risk management.
