Our team is currently seeking a proactive and adaptable Full Time Bookkeeper to assist clients across a spectrum of industries. Key Responsibilities:
Updating and maintaining financial records, including sales, receipts, and payments for an array of clients.
Conducting regular reconciliation of accounts.
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Supporting clients with budget preparation and financial planning. Ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial transactions.
Collaborating with a dynamic Engagement Professionals Team to ensure all financial management needs are met.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Proven experience in bookkeeping with multiple clients.
Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and at least 2 common accounting software.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, enabling effective client relationships.
Candidates with experience working across a range of industries, particularly with small to medium-sized companies, are highly desirable.
