Description

We are looking for a Medical Data Entry Clerk for a 4-6 week contract job in Pittsburg, Kansas. This role primarily involves data entry, filing, and clerical work in a fast-paced environment, working with a large group of people. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity.

THERE WILL BE A COMPLETION BONUS PAID OUT ONCE THE CONTRACT IS FULFILLED! 100% ON-SITE

Responsibilities:

• Accurate data entry and filing in a fast-paced environment

• Work collaboratively with a large team to ensure efficiency

• Use EHR SYSTEM for data entry and documentation purposes

• Ensure all medical data is entered accurately and in a timely manner

• Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality

• Maintain organized and updated patient records

• Resolve any data discrepancies or issues

• Adhere to data integrity and security policies

• Assisting with additional clerical tasks as needed

• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job skills.

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in EHR SYSTEM is required for accurate data handling and management.

• Proven data entry skills are necessary for efficient input of medical data and patient information.

• Strong documentation abilities are needed to ensure all data is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare protocols is a plus.

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work is essential.

• Strong computer skills, including the ability to use database systems and Microsoft Office Suite, are required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed for interaction with healthcare professionals.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred.

• Must be adaptable to changes and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot data entry issues are necessary.
