Description
We are looking for a Data Architect to join our team. This role involves developing and managing job structures and designs within our organization. This employee plays a crucial role in ensuring consistency, fairness, and competitiveness across various job roles in different departments.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement job structures and designs
• Manage and maintain job structures and designs
• Ensure consistency and fairness across different job roles
• Foster competitiveness in job roles across various departments
• Administer compensation programs including Benefit Functions and Bonus Program
• Collaborate with the C-Suite to ensure alignment of job structures and designs with company strategy
• Manage Equity Capital and Total Rewards to ensure alignment with job structures and designs
• Utilize Project Management skills in the execution of tasks
Requirements
• Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience
• Demonstrable skills in managing Benefit Functions
• Experience in designing and implementing Bonus Programs
• Proficiency in Compensation Administration is mandatory
• Familiarity with C-Suite level communication and management
• Knowledge of Equity Capital and its implications in compensation structures
• Experience in Total Rewards management
• Project Management skills are a must
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Certification in Compensation Management will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
