Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to oversee our organization's accounts payable processes, with a focus on managing Concur Expenses, a widely-used expense management platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, streamlining payment processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records related to expenses.

Concur Expenses Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to Concur Expenses.

  • Configure and maintain Concur system settings to align with company policies and procedures.

  • Monitor expense submission, approval workflows, and reimbursement processes within Concur.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues related to Concur Expenses.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate existing accounts payable processes and identify opportunities for enhancement, particularly in relation to Concur Expenses.

  • Implement best practices to increase efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of expense processing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and system upgrades.

Technology Integration:

  • Collaborate with the IT department to integrate Concur Expenses with other financial systems and tools as needed.

  • Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Concur Expenses and related technologies.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in accounts payable management, with a demonstrated focus on managing Concur Expenses or similar expense management platforms.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and payment processing.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in using Concur Expenses and other relevant financial software.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

  • Adaptability to changing technologies and willingness to learn and adopt new systems.
