Robert Half Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania


An organization in the Southside is in need of at temporary to hire Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper.

The role is part-time and 100% onsite.

Parking is free.

The Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper will be responsible for the following:

• Manage approximately 60 bank checks per month, ensuring accurate tracking and record-keeping

• Proficient in data entry and payroll processes utilizing ADP software

• Skilled in drafting leases, project memos, and proposals

• Undertake various administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail

• Serve as Admin/Bookkeeper three days a week, balancing responsibilities effectively

• Handle bookkeeping duties primarily one day a week, with increased focus during the middle and end of the month

• Excel in administrative functions, with a focus on maintaining a light but effective involvement in bookkeeping tasks

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in bookkeeping

• Proficient in Data Entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must

• Experience in administrative duties is required

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is essential
