Robert Half Business Systems Analyst in PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania
Business System Analyst: Design, develop, modify, implement, and provide support for software programming applications for company systems.
§ Develop and support software individually and as a team member
§ Analyze requests for new software or modifications to current applications, communicating status to users
§ Thoroughly test new software and modifications
§ Train users and support them on software and modifications
§ Assist other Business Systems Analysts
§ Maintain the SQL Server database and underlying programs/procedures
§ 2-4 years of experience in Software Development
§ Strong object-oriented programming experience
§ Some database administration experience
§ Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills with end-users and cross-divisional developers
§ Strong attention to detail
§ Work on Site; Open to occasional travel between facilities
§ C#, .NET, WPF / Prism (MVVM), ASP.NET, Entity Framework
§ SQL Server Administration, SQL Server Reporting Services, TSQL
§ REST Services
§ Microsoft DevOps with Agile practices
§ Git or other Distributed Version Control software
