Robert Half Contract Management Paralegal in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Description We are on the lookout for a Contract Management Paralegal to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role demands a deep understanding of leasing and commercial real estate, with an emphasis on contract work. As a Contract Management Paralegal, you will be working closely with the legal and compliance department, ensuring smooth operation of various functions.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing, assembling, and reviewing airport commercial real estate agreements.
• Provide support in drafting legal notices to airport tenants and vendors.
• Organize and manage closing documents for commercial leases including certificates of insurance, letters of credit, security deposits.
• Coordinate contract approvals and execution processes, ensuring all steps are followed accurately.
• Maintain legal files in an organized manner, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
• Provide administrative support to the legal and compliance department, liaising with finance, accounting, operations, human resources, and the marketing department.
• Assist in handling various leases and contracts for subtenants, RFPs, LOIs.
• Conduct redlining of contracts, preparing them for negotiation by the VP and attorney.
• Work with various software including Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS), Case Management Software, CompuLaw, among others.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to role.

• Experience in briefing and calendar management

• Proven experience in contract management

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
