Robert Half E-Commerce Specialist in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Description

We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on managing and improving our online commerce operations. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities in a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and update the website using the WordPress platform.

• Regularly review and update program selection spreadsheets.

• Accurately compile data reports from LibInsight and compare against program calendar.

• Assist in proofreading the program guide to ensure accuracy and clarity.

• Create, update, and manage files for program selections and supply requests.

• Submit interpreter requests when necessary.

• Contribute to meeting discussions and document the notes.

• Assist in packing materials into program kits as required.

• Support the team in maintaining budgeting spreadsheets.

• Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries promptly.

• Contribute to campaign planning and design controls to enhance the online commerce experience.

Requirements • Proficiency in Backend Development, demonstrating a solid understanding of coding, debugging, and setting up databases.

• Experience with Content Management System (CMS), ensuring the ability to maintain and update e-commerce platforms.

• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.

• Familiarity with various database systems, showcasing the ability to store, manage, and retrieve information efficiently.

• Expertise in eBay or similar e-commerce platforms, showing a capacity to manage online sales and transactions.

• Strong understanding of Brand Awareness strategies, including the ability to increase product visibility and recognition.

• Experience in Campaign Planning, demonstrating skills in devising effective marketing strategies.

• Excellent Communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with team members and clients.

• Customer Service skills, showing the ability to handle and resolve customer issues promptly.

• Familiarity with Design Controls, showcasing the ability to adhere to design regulations and guidelines. Innovation starts with people.®
