Description

We are offering a remote, national contract employment opportunity for a detail-oriented FP& A Manager/Supervisor in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will play a crucial role in the company's growth by partnering proactively with business leaders, conducting cost/benefit analyses, evaluating business opportunities and building business cases.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to evaluate business opportunities and build robust business cases

• Conduct cost/benefit analyses to support decision-making processes

• Plan for the company's future by forecasting and modeling financial trends

• Support the annual budget, monthly forecasting, and monthly reporting & analysis processes

• Evaluate variances to plan/forecast and prepare monthly business review materials

• Lead special projects, typically involving financial analysis to provide leadership with financial data

• Act as a thought partner to support resource allocation decisions

• Drive corporate growth and profitability by managing capital and budget processes

• Utilize CRM, Microsoft tools and other accounting functions to manage and track financial data

• Work closely with the C-Suite to align financial planning and analysis with company objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry

• Demonstrated experience in Budget Processes and Capital Management

• Ability to effectively communicate and present information to the C-Suite

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong skills in Forecasting & Modeling

• Experience in Manufacturing is a must

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field is required; an MBA or relevant certification (such as CMA, CPA) is preferred

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels within the organization

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
