Robert Half International HR Generalist in PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania


Robert Half is currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a role in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a contract-to-hire role with full time hours, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Please note, this is an onsite position. Duties will include:

  • Assisting the HR Department with general administrative functions

  • On-boarding and Off-boarding

  • Compensation and benefits tasks

  • Benefits Administration

  • Process worker's compensation claims

  • Employment verifications and unemployment compensation forms

  • Processing HR paperwork

  • data entry


  • at least 2 years of prior HR Generalist experience

  • Prior experience with benefits administration

  • strong organization skills

  • strong attention to detail
